How and What I eat.

Breakfast ~ fruit or fruit smoothie... sometimes a couple of eggs.

Lunch ~ lean meat, veggies, fruit, salad, soups... make it a large lunch.. it's the main meal of the day!

Dinner ~ fruit only or lean soups... NO PROTEIN!
